Terms of Service

These terms govern the provision of web development services by Web Cube, LLC to you ("Client").

1. Service Agreement

Specific deliverables, technical specifications, timelines, and fees will be defined in a formal Statement of Work (SOW). This document, along with these Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between Web Cube, LLC and the Client.

2. Payment & Fees

Fees are billed as specified in the SOW, typically based on project milestones. Invoices are due upon receipt. All third-party costs (e.g., Hosting fees, Domain registration, Premium Plugin licenses) are the sole responsibility of the Client and are not included in our development fees unless explicitly stated.

3. Timelines & Deliverables

Web Cube, LLC will make every effort to meet the development milestones outlined in the SOW. However, these timelines are estimates and can be affected by Client delays in providing content, design approvals, or feedback during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). We are not liable for delays caused by the Client.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, Web Cube, LLC assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest in the custom code and designs created for the project. Web Cube, LLC retains the right to reuse underlying code libraries and generic development tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we test thoroughly, Web Cube, LLC does not guarantee that software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service component yielding the claim. We are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages.
